What it does
A skill that is triggered for a short while each time a Spirit uses its skill. Select a target within 20m and deal 157 damage to up to 4 enemies within 4m of the target and inflict Slow, reducing Move Speed by MoveSpeed% for 3000. Restores 100 MP. 5 Stagger Gauge Damage
